Balance, Stable & Strong
This class is a more advanced strength and balance class for those older clients who would like to improve and maintain their current strength, as well as improve and test their static and dynamic balance utilising more challenging equipment.
All new clients require an initial assessment to ensure your safety.

Basic balance
This is a beginner balance exercise class for those at increased risk of falls, which aims to improve and maintain clients lower and upper limb strength using both seated and supported standing exercises, as well as improve balance within a safe and monitored environment.
All new clients require an initial assessment to ensure your safety.

Mums & Bubs
Strength classes for mums and their bubs (aged 2-12 months). The class includes a mobility warm up and time based strength exercises, bubs can be held as additional weight or can watch mum be a superstar.

Strength & Conditioning
These small strength classes will focus on improving your mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, agility and performance and function with the aim to reduce the risk of injury. A pre-class survey will collect your medical and exercise history as well as your individual exercise goals so exercises can be individualised to you and your needs.
